Integrations Engineer (RPA)

What you will do

• Build, support, and maintain reliable hirify.global RPA flows.
• Monitor automation workflows, detect incidents, and resolve operational issues.
• Troubleshoot customer-facing issues raised by Technical Support.
• Collaborate with engineering to prioritize RPA improvements and resolve incidents.
• Analyze user activity and feedback to guide new automations and improvements.
• Write and maintain internal and public knowledge-base documentation.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with JavaScript coding, testing, debugging, and automation techniques.
• Knowledge of web crawler architecture, XPath, CSS selectors, JSON, and APIs.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and web troubleshooting using browser developer tools.
• Knowledge of GitHub version control, including branching and merging.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills required.
• Ability to collaborate across time zones and participate in on-call shifts.

Nice to have

• TypeScript experience.
• Customer service or other customer-facing experience.
• Experience with complex SQL queries and Postman.
• Knowledge of iOS and Android ecosystems, including crash-log investigation with Charles, ADB, or Xcode.
• Experience with security products or regulatory-heavy industries.
