System Engineer - Platform Integration (AI Server Bring-up)

What you will do

• Develop firmware features for SPI, I2C, SGPIO, LTPI, PCIe, and other peripheral communication protocols.
• Integrate Secure AI engine solutions into NVIDIA-, Intel-, and AMD-based server platforms.
• Develop and maintain BMC software for system monitoring, event logging, WebUI, and platform functionality.
• Support end-to-end AI server bring-up and resolve complex platform integration issues in customer environments.
• Provide strategic and day-to-day technical guidance to assigned customers.
• Implement secure boot, platform root of trust, and other system security mechanisms.

Requirements

• 10+ years of firmware engineering experience focused on embedded systems and platform integration.
• Proficiency in C, C++, assembly language, shell scripting, and Python.
• Deep knowledge of Linux internals, including kernel architecture, applications, and IPC.
• Expertise in I2C, I3C, GPIO, USB, LTPI, SGPIO, UART, MCTP, eSPI, and SSIF.
• Experience porting BMC solutions to custom hardware and working with embedded systems, microcontrollers, FPGAs, and ARM architectures.
• Knowledge of firmware architecture, bare-metal programming, and security implementations.

Nice to have

• End-to-end server bring-up and architectural development of high-performance AI server platforms.
• Experience customizing and integrating the OpenBMC stack.
