Demand & Supply Planning Lead

What you will do

• Execute daily and weekly production schedules across all sites.
• Facilitate daily capacity meetings to align plans with demand requirements.
• Monitor weekly KPIs, analyze root causes, and improve labor efficiency and waste reduction.
• Collaborate with Technology and Growth teams to improve order-level and SKU-level forecast accuracy.
• Identify process improvements and support the development of digital planning tools.
• Coordinate with site operations, participate in monthly planning meetings, and recommend corrective actions for supply gaps.

Requirements

• Previous experience in supply chain or demand planning, preferably in food technology, FMCG, retail, or a fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interrogate data and provide clear recommendations.
• Experience with data tools such as Google Sheets, SQL, or Power BI.
• Knowledge of demand or production planning in fast-paced, data-driven environments.
• Ability to coordinate and prioritize tasks, solve problems, and make decisions connecting digital tools with physical operations.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across Technology, Operations, and Commercial teams.
