Annual base salary: $103,000–$142,000

What you will do

• Lead visual direction, design language, and execution across digital and physical brand touchpoints.
• Build and maintain systems for typography, color, layout, iconography, motion, photography, and visual identity.
• Create design materials for social media, websites, technical documents, workflow illustrations, presentations, trade shows, investor communications, and customer programs.
• Translate complex technical concepts and processes into clear, accurate visual content with commercial, engineering, finance, business development, and executive stakeholders.
• Improve the visual quality and consistency of presentations and customer-facing materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, digital product design, or equivalent experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating visual design skills in layout, typography, hierarchy, color, and iconography.
• 5+ years of professional design experience in complex or technical industries.
• Experience developing or extending visual design systems and brand guidelines.
• Expertise with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to create technical diagrams, process visuals, and data-driven graphics while collaborating with engineers and cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in advanced manufacturing or 3D printing.
• Experience managing external agencies, including briefing, reviewing, and approving work.
• Ability to write clear, compelling copy supporting design work.
