The Open Innovation Program Manager will steer the development and implementation of an innovation hub dedicated to startups, driving the company’s mission of innovation and growth.

What you will do

• Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of startup selection, incubation, and acceleration initiatives.
• Assist in identifying and evaluating high-potential startups and maintaining relationships with founders.
• Collaborate with internal teams, corporate partners, mentors, and investors to drive industrial innovation and startup integration programs.
• Facilitate the seamless implementation of PoCs and innovation projects.
• Conduct analysis on emerging trends in digital innovation, deep tech, and cleantech.
• Manage program logistics, reporting, and documentation.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Innovation Management, or related fields.
• Minimum three years of experience in managing complex projects within digital innovation or startup environments.
