Senior Software Engineer (Rust)

Location: On-site in Tel Aviv, Israel

hirify.global is a cybersecurity startup building an agentic platform for proactive enterprise endpoint protection, visibility, context, and autonomous remediation.

What you will do

• Design and build core capabilities for hirify.global's Endpoint Agent.
• Develop high-performance Rust and C++ software running directly on customer endpoints.
• Build features that interact closely with Windows and macOS internals.
• Work across backend services and endpoint components to deliver end-to-end functionality.
• Collaborate with Product, Security Research, and Platform Engineering.
• Build reliable production software with strong performance, stability, and security.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience developing low-level or systems software with Rust, C++, or similar languages.
• Strong understanding of operating systems and system internals.
• Experience working with Windows, macOS, or Linux at the operating-system level.
• Ability to build production-quality software that interacts closely with the operating system.
• Strong engineering fundamentals and comfort working in a fast-moving startup environment.

Nice to have

• Experience building endpoint security products or endpoint agents.
• Production experience with Rust.
• Experience in cybersecurity or enterprise software.
