Senior Backend Software Engineer (Java/Kotlin)

What you will do

• Write high-quality, documented, efficient, tested, and maintainable backend code.
• Build and optimize REST APIs, dashboards, tools, and internal services.
• Improve application security, performance, stability, observability, and monitoring.
• Design distributed systems and propose simple architectural solutions for functional and non-functional requirements.
• Plan and deliver incremental, well-tested features with product and engineering stakeholders, including E2E tests.
• Lead projects, mentor engineers, participate in code reviews and hiring, and respond to production incidents.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Professional software engineering experience with Java or Kotlin.
• Experience designing and developing distributed systems.
• Experience with Redis, Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar technologies.
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases.
• Advanced English at C1 level and clear, effective communication skills.
