Lead Game Developer (Unity)

Location: Turkey-based or fully remote within CET +/-2h

What you will do

• Write hands-on code and create innovative gameplay features for millions of users.
• Balance core gameplay parameters and deconstruct, analyze, and adapt mobile game mechanics.
• Manage the development cycle, identify engineering tasks, and execute the game roadmap.
• Work with product leadership and the General Manager on roadmaps, rollouts, team structure, recruitment, and onboarding.
• Maintain high coding standards, monitor product health, and address quality issues on time.
• Provide technical leadership while fleshing out game design, overseeing testing, and responding to player feedback.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience with Unity or other game engines.
• Successful track record in top-tier mobile games.
• Strong understanding of hypercasual and casual mobile game markets.
• Experience with optimization issues and a strong sense of gameplay experience.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fully remote environment.
