Growth Manager (AI)

Location: Fully remote within a +/-2-hour time difference with Paris; listed locations include Paris, Istanbul, and Krakow.

What you will do

• Produce high volumes of video, static, and playable ad creative concepts using AI tools such as Scenario, Midjourney, Runway, and CapCut.
• Test creatives, analyze performance, and iterate quickly to reduce cost per install.
• Own App Store Optimization, including keywords, screenshots, and continuous iteration.
• Monitor the market and competitors to identify new creative angles.
• Support and progressively take ownership of daily user acquisition monitoring across AppLovin and Meta.
• Collaborate closely with the studio founder and develop expertise in user acquisition economics.

Requirements

• Junior-level profile suitable for a first or second professional experience.
• Hands-on experience creating content independently, such as faceless pages, UGC, or AI experiments; a portfolio is expected.
• Strong familiarity with AI creative tools or the ability to learn new tools quickly.
• Analytical curiosity and willingness to understand why creative concepts convert.
• High ownership and energy, with comfort rapidly shipping and iterating on rough creative concepts.
• Fluent English.
