What you will do

• Own the full data and analytics technology stack, selecting technologies and maintaining a modern, scalable platform.
• Lead analysts, analytics engineers, and data engineers, setting priorities and holding the team accountable for outcomes.
• Build the data function into a trusted, collaborative partner across the business.
• Define and champion a vision for using analytics and AI as a competitive advantage.
• Translate business expectations into clear data, analytics, and AI priorities.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience leading a company-wide data, analytics, AI, or data science function.
• Proven people-management experience.
• Strong analytical and engineering background with a deep understanding of data engineering and analytics.
• Experience translating business goals into data and AI strategy.
• Demonstrated success building and modernising scalable data platforms, operating models, and tooling.
• Ability to build trust, support collaboration, and lead a multidisciplinary team.
