New Business Executive, Predictions (iGaming)

Location: Remote - US

Salary: $105,000 USD base salary annually, plus commission, bonus, equity, and applicable benefits.

What you will do

• Prospect, attract, and develop new high-value VIP customers in the assigned region.
• Create and execute regional customer acquisition events, promotions, and offers.
• Implement localized go-to-market strategies and optimize VIP engagement.
• Manage and monitor business plans to achieve revenue and profit targets.
• Support net revenue, process, compliance, and responsible gaming initiatives.
• Develop player experiences that drive long-term loyalty and brand advocacy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• At least 5 years of sales or business development experience with high-value accounts.
• Experience managing a portfolio of high-value accounts; established customer relationships are preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and entrepreneurial environment.
• Willingness to travel and work nights and weekends.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required state gaming and financial licenses.
