Senior Product Manager, PMS Connectivity (Hospitality)

What you will do

• Define product vision, strategy, value propositions, and business value for PMS connectivity products.
• Manage third-party partnerships, including requirements, prioritization, and product evolution.
• Drive customer co-innovation to validate value drivers, define MVP features, and prioritize product investments.
• Own product roadmaps and align release plans with Product Marketing, Operations, Customer Service, Delivery, Go-To-Market, and R&D teams.
• Coordinate functional and technical workstreams to ensure end-to-end solution consistency.
• Manage area budgets and capacity planning, and participate in Agile planning and review events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent work experience.
• 5–7 years of progressive experience across relevant disciplines, including travel, hospitality distribution, system connectivity, and product development.
• Strong knowledge of hotel distribution, CRS, PMS, RMS, GDS, OTA, payment systems, content distribution, and channel management.
• Ability to read and interpret JSON and XML schemas.
• Knowledge of OpenTravel Alliance XML schemas and HTNG usage profiles.
• Deep functional and technical expertise with leading hospitality Property Management Systems.
