What you will do
- Lead finance and accounting activities for the Romanian entity.
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes with global finance teams.
- Prepare financial statements, management reports, budgets, forecasts, and performance analyses.
- Develop financial controls, policies, governance processes, and local finance capabilities.
- Plan cash flow and liquidity, optimize working capital, and improve cost transparency across manufacturing operations.
- Coordinate tax filings, audits, external advisors, ERP implementation, and financial process improvements.
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Several years of experience in finance, accounting, controlling, or financial management.
- Strong knowledge of Romanian accounting standards, taxation, and statutory reporting requirements.
- Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, audits, and external financial stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of cost accounting and financial controlling in manufacturing environments, plus experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
- Professional fluency in English and Romanian language skills.

- Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, defense, automotive, electronics, or another industrial sector.
