What you will do

• Own the design and roadmap of supplemental global benefits offerings.
• Source and contract with vendors while managing a renewal calendar covering more than 70 plans annually.
• Negotiate commercial terms and manage broker and vendor relationships.
• Partner with product and R&D teams to integrate benefits into global platforms and support Day-1 enrollment.
• Align benefits strategy with executive leadership, go-to-market, sales enablement, and product roadmaps.
• Transition allowance spending to margin-bearing insurance plans and optimize global P&L performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of experience in benefits delivery; benefits management experience is beneficial.
• Experience designing and standardizing local and global benefit plans and managing vendor or broker relationships.
• Strong financial, analytical, project management, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Knowledge of benefits administration, compliance, HR, payroll practices, spreadsheets, Microsoft Office, and benefits-specific software.
• Ability to handle confidential information, manage multiple deadlines, and operate strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment.
