What you will do

• Supervise subsidiary compliance with local AML/CFT regulations and hirify.global policies.
• Act as MLRO or DMLRO and support the Head of AML, Compliance and Security leadership, and AML compliance owners.
• Develop, update, and monitor AML/CFT policies, procedures, detection models, and internal controls.
• Analyze AML risks, prepare business-wide risk assessments, and implement remediation measures.
• Submit suspicious activity reports and liaise with supervisory authorities, law enforcement, and financial intelligence units.
• Support operational teams with high-risk cases, training, guidance, reporting, and compliance-related projects.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in AML or compliance, preferably in the gambling sector.
• Proven knowledge of AML regulations and relevant AML expertise.
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of data-driven performance.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in English is required.

Nice to have

• ACAMS or ICA certification.
• Knowledge of Swedish.
