Location: Remote, based in Dubai, UAE, with regular travel throughout Eastern Europe and Central Asia and quarterly travel to headquarters in San Francisco.

What you will do
- Lead regional market development by identifying, evaluating, and executing partnerships with banks across international markets.
- Own relationships with prospective and existing customers through meetings, industry events, and ongoing partnership development.
- Manage complex partnership processes from initial outreach through contract signature with Legal, Compliance, and Product teams.
- Gather market intelligence on local conditions, regulations, competitors, and customer needs to inform regional strategy.
- Develop expertise and an extensive network in correspondent banking and fintech ecosystems across emerging markets.
- Build scalable processes for onboarding, relationship management, and ongoing partner support.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in business operations, growth, or partnerships in a high-caliber environment.
- 4+ years of business experience in Central Asian and Eastern European markets.
- Native Russian fluency and experience managing relationships with Russian-speaking clients and stakeholders.
- Experience managing complex partnerships and high-value deals with executive stakeholders.
- Strong networking, strategic thinking, relationship-building, and market evaluation skills.
- Highly organized approach to project management and coordination across multiple teams.
