Business Intelligence Developer (Tableau)

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards, scorecards, executive reports, and KPI visualizations.
• Translate business requirements into scalable reporting and analytical solutions.
• Write complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams on data models, data sources, extracts, and metadata documentation.
• Validate data accuracy, troubleshoot reporting issues, and identify trends and business performance insights.
• Gather stakeholder requirements, recommend KPI and reporting strategies, train users, and mentor team members.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or reporting development.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and relational database concepts.
• Experience designing enterprise-level dashboards and reporting solutions with Tableau.
• Knowledge of data warehousing, dimensional modeling, and ETL processes.
• Experience working with large datasets and multiple data sources.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and prioritization skills.
