Compliance Analyst - Maternity Cover (Fintech)

What you will do

• Perform AML and KYC checks for existing corporate clients.
• Collect, identify, and verify potential corporate client data, including politically exposed person and sanctions screening.
• Complete customer due diligence searches and maintain accurate KYC records.
• Verify client data before adding it to internal systems and ensure it matches supporting documentation.
• Manage the compliance case load, track completion, and coordinate with business owners.
• Monitor the KYC mailbox and investigate, escalate, and resolve issues, including ad hoc compliance tasks.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in compliance, AML, or KYC, preferably in fintech, payments, or banking.
• Experience with compliance databases and screening tools such as World-Check or ComplyAdvantage.
• Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Right to work in the jurisdiction where the role is based is required.
• Some work outside normal working hours may be required.
