TL;DR
Brand Design Engineer (AI) (Frontend, Motion Design): Building performant marketing websites, interactive content, and data visualizations for AI infrastructure with an accent on animation, micro-interactions, and high-fidelity frontend implementation. Focus on translating complex AI and infrastructure concepts into responsive web experiences, engineering reusable components, and exploring WebGL, GSAP, Three.js, and AI-powered workflows.
Location: Helsinki or Remote EU; hybrid

What you will do
- Own website animation, micro-interactions, and motion design, turning static layouts into dynamic digital experiences.
- Build technically precise website blocks, modules, and landing pages with clean code, strong performance, and responsive execution.
- Design and engineer interactive blog assets and data visualizations that explain complex AI and infrastructure topics.
- Translate the visual identity and brand strategy into production-quality browser experiences in partnership with the Brand Design Lead.
- Collaborate with Development, Marketing, Product, and Leadership on interactive web experiences for technical concepts, product stories, and launch campaigns.
- Explore WebGL, GSAP, Three.js, and AI-powered workflows to advance digital storytelling.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as a Design Engineer, Creative Developer, Front-End Engineer, or Interactive Designer focused on the web.
- A portfolio of live web projects demonstrating UI engineering, advanced motion design, micro-interactions, and interactive web elements.
- Deep proficiency in HTML, CSS or Tailwind, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks such as React, Next.js, or Vue.
- Experience with animation tools and libraries including GSAP, Framer Motion, CSS animations, Lottie, WebGL, or Three.js.
- Strong Figma skills and knowledge of typography, grids, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to turn complex technical concepts into clear, fluid, and interactive web experiences.
Nice to have
- Experience in technology, AI, SaaS, cloud, or scale-up environments.
- Experience with 3D modeling and rendering for the web, such as Blender or Spline.
- Experience using AI-powered coding and creative tools.
