Site Reliability Engineer (Cybersecurity)

Salary: $165,000–$190,000 USD base salary

What you will do

• Support and maintain the quality, reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency of customer-facing SaaS security services.
• Maintain and enhance Helm charts, application deployments, monitoring, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Define service verification strategies and integrate them into CI/CD processes to meet SLAs.
• Improve developer experience by optimizing CI/CD workflows and performance.
• Monitor, debug, and optimize production infrastructure and services running on AWS and GCP.
• Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation with the global SRE team and collaborate with Engineering, Quality Engineering, and Customer Support.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps or SRE roles supporting SaaS services on GCP and/or AWS.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Kubernetes, microservices architecture, Helm, GitLab CI/CD, ArgoCD, Prometheus, and Grafana.
• Programming experience in at least one language; Golang or Python is preferred.
• Strong understanding of autoscaling, version upgrades, and cloud service optimization.
• Experience with scalability, reliability, observability, and production operations.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Kafka, Elasticsearch, PostgreSQL, ScyllaDB, Databricks, Dagster, Sentry, or Kong.
