TL;DR
IT/Software Analyst (Cybersecurity/SaaS): Analyze and validate stakeholders' business needs and define technical solutions for PROTECT HUB, a cloud-based platform for managing subscriptions, identities, and users. Focus on eliciting requirements, creating structured specifications with UML diagrams, and collaborating with development teams in an Agile environment.
Location: Bratislava (Hybrid)
Salary: from 2700 EUR/month (brutto)

What you will do
- Act as liaison between product management and software development teams.
- Elicit, analyze, and document requirements using user stories and UML diagrams.
- Identify gaps, risks, and issues in stakeholder needs.
- Collaborate with UX designers, architects, developers, and product owners on conceptual and technical solutions.
- Work in cross-functional Agile discovery and delivery teams.
Requirements
- University degree in IT, Business Informatics, or related field.
- Previous experience as IT analyst, preferably in software development projects.
- Ability to understand software development technical language.
- Strong communication skills for business and technical stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset and structured problem-solving approach.
- Passion for technology and user experience improvement.
Nice to have
- Basic UML knowledge, experience with Enterprise Architect, Jira, Confluence.
- Understanding of software development methodologies and lifecycle.
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks, ideally SAFe.
- Experience with cybersecurity or SaaS products.
