TL;DR
IT/Software Analyst (SaaS): Analyzing stakeholder needs and defining technical solutions for a unified cloud-based platform managing subscriptions, identities, users, and partner relationships, with an accent on requirements analysis, user stories, UML modeling, and cross-functional collaboration. Focus on validating business needs, identifying risks and gaps, and translating conceptual solutions into clear specifications for Agile software development.
Location: Bratislava, Slovakia; hybrid work
Salary: from €2,700 gross per month, with the possibility of adjustment based on skills and experience. Performance bonus up to 10% of the basic salary, paid twice per year.

What you will do
- Act as a liaison between product management and software development teams.
- Elicit and analyze stakeholder requirements, identifying gaps, risks, and potential issues.
- Collaborate with UX designers, architects, developers, and product owners to define conceptual and technical solutions.
- Create structured specifications using user stories, UML diagrams, and other modeling techniques.
- Contribute to Agile discovery and delivery activities within a cross-functional team.
Requirements
- University degree in IT, Business Informatics, or a related field.
- Previous experience as an IT analyst, preferably on software development-related projects.
- Ability to understand the terminology and processes used by software development teams.
- Strong communication skills for working with business and technical stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset, structured problem-solving approach, and interest in technology and user experience improvement.
Nice to have
- Basic knowledge of UML and experience with Enterprise Architect, Jira, or Confluence.
- Understanding of software development methodologies and lifecycle.
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks, ideally SAFe.
- Experience with cybersecurity or SaaS products.
