Senior Consultant Developer (Software Developer) Consultant - Industry Innovation & Co-Development Group (Guidewire Cloud)

Location: Canada — Toronto, Remote

Salary: CAD 84,000–105,000 base salary per year

What you will do

• Prototype, validate, and deliver hirify.global Cloud features in real-world customer environments.
• Work with customers to capture use cases and requirements and validate proposed solutions.
• Develop across the frontend and backend stack using modern software engineering practices.
• Lead functional and integration workstreams, owning solution design, delivery, quality, and estimates.
• Provide feedback to Solution Architects and Product Development to improve hirify.global solutions.
• Mentor junior consultants on hirify.global methodology, best practices, and technical delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technology consulting, solution development, or P&C insurance delivery.
• At least 1 year of hands-on hirify.global implementation experience.
• Hands-on full-stack development experience with CI/CD, DevOps, automated testing, and packaging.
• Experience translating requirements into solution designs and working software.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills with business, technical, and project leadership stakeholders.
• Experience mentoring teammates and contributing to functional design documentation.

• Experience leading a functional or integration area or contributing to inception-phase design activities.
