Senior Associate - Data / AI

What you will do

• Build and maintain foundational data architecture and optimal pipeline architecture using medallion architecture.
• Assemble complex datasets that meet functional and non-functional business requirements.
• Design scalable infrastructure for data extraction, transformation, loading, and delivery.
• Automate manual processes through metadata orchestration and optimize data workloads.
• Build analytical tools and pipelines that provide actionable insights into operational efficiency and customer acquisition.
• Collaborate with executive, product, data, and design stakeholders on infrastructure needs and data-related technical issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• Experience building and optimizing big-data pipelines, datasets, and architectures with Azure Data Factory.
• Experience with Microsoft data technologies, including Azure Data Factory, Microsoft Fabric, SQL Server, and Power BI.
• Ability to perform root-cause analysis and identify process and data improvement opportunities.
• Ability to build processes supporting data transformation, workload management, data structures, dependencies, and metadata.
• 3–5 years of experience managing a BI or data team, plus strong written and verbal communication skills.
