Data Analytics Manager

Location: Brooklyn, NY at hirify.global HQ; office-centric work with the option to work remotely on Fridays

Salary: $160,000–$190,000 anticipated annual base salary

What you will do

• Lead strategic analytics initiatives and identify data visibility gaps with cross-functional teams.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to define and collect data required for business objectives.
• Develop scalable, reusable, and documented data models for dashboards, reports, and analysis.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to design, optimize, and maintain reliable data pipelines.
• Analyze business performance to identify optimization, experimentation, and improvement opportunities.
• Define and monitor KPIs and build user-friendly Looker dashboards and reports.

Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on experience working with large, complex datasets and delivering analytics solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or Statistics.
• Highly proficient in SQL, including efficient query development for large-scale datasets.
• Experience with data modeling, dimensional modeling, and dbt.
• Experience building and maintaining dashboards in Looker or comparable BI tools.
• Experience managing analytics projects end-to-end and communicating with business, engineering, and product stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with event data or user and product analytics tools such as Heap.
• Advanced degree or relevant specialization.
