AI/ML Lead (Healthcare)

Location: New York City, hybrid

Salary: $250,000–$275,000 base salary annually, plus annual bonus and equity

What you will do

• Define and execute hirify.global’s AI/ML strategy in line with business objectives and healthcare industry needs.
• Balance long-term AI initiatives with incremental improvements that deliver immediate value for revenue cycle management.
• Lead and mentor Data Science and Machine Learning teams.
• Design scalable, production-ready AI/ML architectures for healthcare customers.
• Establish AI governance and compliance practices for healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and FDA requirements.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to demonstrate customer value and deliver AI initiatives.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience with AI/ML, including strong knowledge of machine learning techniques applicable to healthcare.
• Substantial experience in healthcare technology, clinical workflows, or related fields.
• Proven experience taking AI models or products from concept to production in complex environments.
• Experience leading data science and engineering teams.
• Strong business acumen and ability to communicate complex AI concepts to diverse audiences.
• Knowledge of healthcare AI regulations, ethical AI principles, and governance frameworks.
