Social Media Executive (3 Month Maternity Cover)

What you will do

• Support social media strategies, content plans, publishing schedules, and the content calendar across relevant platforms.
• Create and adapt copy for posts, stories, reels, and other platform-specific formats in line with brand and campaign guidelines.
• Coordinate with Creative, Content, Brand, Commercial, Digital, and regional teams to deliver assets and adapt content for local audiences.
• Support product launches, seasonal campaigns, brand activations, paid social activity, and influencer or creator partnerships.
• Monitor channels, respond to comments and messages, and escalate customer or brand-related issues when appropriate.
• Track reach, engagement, audience growth, traffic, and conversion, using insights to recommend content improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, content, or a related role, ideally in luxury, fashion, beauty, retail, or e-commerce.
• Experience managing social media channels, content calendars, publishing schedules, and social media management or analytics tools.
• Strong copywriting, editing, written communication, organisation, attention to detail, and time-management skills.
• Understanding of social media platforms, audience behaviour, performance metrics, cultural and digital trends, and content best practices.
• Proficiency in English required. The assignment is a 3-month maternity cover contract.
