Customer Success Associate (Fintech)

Location: London, United Kingdom (hybrid), with flexible working arrangements including remote working.

What you will do

• Support the Customer Success team in client interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
• Create, distribute, and record customer-facing materials.
• Arrange client meetings and platform demonstrations.
• Review client information and coordinate updates and renewals.
• Assist with customer onboarding, product training, and ongoing support.
• Build process guides and identify ways to improve scalability and the customer experience.
