Customer & Partner Marketing Intern

Location: Onsite in Chelmsford, Massachusetts, United States, with flexibility to work remotely 1 day per week after training, depending on schedule

Salary: $18 per hour (non-negotiable)

What you will do

• Create social media campaign contests, including imagery, copy, and program guidelines.
• Support lead nurture strategies, partner onboarding, and event promotions through email marketing.
• Develop marketing collateral using Canva and coordinate requests for flyers, graphics, and digital ads.
• Assist with file audits, storage reduction, budget tracking, and marketing process documentation.
• Support events, community initiatives, volunteer activities, and other marketing projects.

Requirements

• Working toward a BS or BA degree in marketing or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, organization, time management, and attention to detail.
• Aptitude with social media platforms and intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills.
• Ability to learn quickly, process information, and manage changing campaign priorities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal teams and external vendors.
• Available for a full-time onsite internship in Chelmsford, Massachusetts, from September through December 2026; part-time may be considered if necessary.
