Senior QA Automation Engineer (Java, Selenium, Playwright) – REF 42 – 47

hirify.global is building a large-scale Healthcare eCommerce platform with a distributed engineering team.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain automated tests using Java and Selenium WebDriver.
• Maintain and improve existing automation frameworks and test suites.
• Build UI, regression, integration, API, and end-to-end automated tests.
• Improve automation coverage, reliability, and maintainability while investigating and verifying software defects.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and collaborate with Developers, QA Engineers, Product, and DevOps throughout the SDLC.
• Contribute to Playwright and TypeScript initiatives and use AI-assisted coding and testing tools.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional QA Automation experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java and Selenium WebDriver, including maintaining existing automation frameworks.
• Strong understanding of web test automation and QA best practices, including API testing.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD workflows, and Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong debugging, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Playwright and TypeScript.
• Experience using AI coding and testing tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor.
• Experience with TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber, SQL, database testing, or cloud-based applications.
