What you will do

• Conduct technology capability assessments across defence systems, platforms, and supporting technologies.
• Maintain technology inventories and capability baselines for existing systems and programmes.
• Analyse emerging technologies including sensors, autonomous systems, electronic warfare, communications, and mission systems.
• Support 5–10-year technology roadmaps aligned with operational and mission requirements.
• Prepare technical briefings, analysis reports, and roadmap presentations for senior stakeholders.
• Engage with engineers, programme teams, and subject matter experts to validate capability data and support portfolio governance.

Requirements

• Defence or military technology background is mandatory.
• Experience in defence R&D, military capability development, defence engineering, or technology strategy.
• Experience with technology roadmapping, capability assessment, or Technology Readiness Level evaluation.
• Exposure to aerospace, defence systems, mission systems, or advanced military technologies.
• Degree in Engineering, Aerospace, Defence Technology, Systems Engineering, or Applied Science.
• Experience with defence programmes, military platforms, or government defence organisations.
