What you will do

• Conduct ground and flight testing (GT, TT, FT) and simulator training to validate UAS performance and enhance operational capability.
• Perform internal and external UAS flight operations for national and international deployments, exercises, and customer demonstrations.
• Maintain operational currency through flight hours, recurrent training, and competency assessments.
• Generate and maintain the Operations Equipment Status System to support operational planning and resource allocation.
• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and operational documentation.
• Collaborate with engineers, maintenance personnel, and air traffic services to ensure safe and efficient flight execution.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Abu Dhabi, UAE
• Strong commitment to aviation safety requirements and operational discipline.
• Ability to comply with OEM documentation and applicable civil and military aviation regulations.
• Experience in UAS flight operations and system evaluations.
