Senior Lead Associate (.NET)

What you will do

• Lead technical design decisions, solution discussions, and high-impact architecture reviews across engineering squads.
• Contribute to technology roadmaps, platform modernization, cloud adoption, and engineering standards.
• Translate business objectives into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions with Product Owners, stakeholders, Architects, and Engineering Managers.
• Mentor engineers through design reviews, technical coaching, capability-building sessions, and problem-solving.
• Drive automation, Agent-first engineering adoption, productivity initiatives, engineering metrics, and continuous improvement.
• Identify technical debt and provide technical status, risk updates, planning, and estimation support.

Requirements

• 10–15+ years of professional software engineering experience or equivalent delivery capability.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, technology, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience leading delivery across multiple applications or product streams and complex enterprise systems.
• Strong experience with solution, event-driven, and microservices architecture; distributed systems; system integration; scalability; and performance engineering.
• Experience with cloud-native architecture patterns, cost optimization, platform engineering, technical governance, risk management, estimation, and planning.
• Ability to influence architecture decisions, lead discussions with senior stakeholders, and mentor engineers while addressing scalability, security, observability, resilience, and performance.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code.
• Insurance or financial services domain experience.
• Platform modernization, cloud migration, or product-led organization experience.
