Tech-Savvy Lawyer (AI): Evaluating and improving AI systems used in legal work through legal output review, benchmark development, and error analysis with an accent on legal accuracy, reasoning, completeness, and jurisdictional correctness. Focus on designing evaluation datasets, defining objective scoring rubrics, identifying failure modes and legal risks, and translating findings into actionable guidance for product and engineering teams.

What you will do
- Review AI-generated legal outputs for accuracy, completeness, legal reasoning, and jurisdictional correctness.
- Assess research, drafting, and analysis outputs for real-world usability, failure modes, edge cases, and legal ambiguities.
- Design evaluation datasets, benchmark cases, gold-standard legal answers, scoring rubrics, and evaluation guidelines.
- Identify recurring legal errors and distinguish minor drafting issues from substantive legal risks.
- Collaborate with legal engineers, product managers, and engineers to improve AI systems.
- Translate legal feedback into clear, actionable guidance for non-lawyers.
Requirements
- Legal training and professional legal practice experience.
- Knowledge of or strong interest in technology products, AI, and LLM evaluations.
- Strong issue-spotting, quality-control, analytical, and legal-reasoning skills.
- Availability to work on-site at the Stockholm HQ in Sweden.
- No production coding is required.
- The role does not involve providing legal advice to clients or traditional billable work.
