Paid Social Account Director

Location: London, United Kingdom. Hybrid work with teams in the office around four days a week. This is a UK-based role and requires the right to work in the United Kingdom.

What you will do

• Lead the day-to-day paid social output and overarching strategy for one or more client accounts.
• Oversee campaign planning, setup, optimisation, quality assurance, performance reporting, and end-of-campaign reviews across major social platforms.
• Present campaign plans, performance insights, recommendations, and testing opportunities to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Manage relationships with clients, media partners, suppliers, and cross-functional teams while delivering multiple projects to standard.
• Lead local and Global Hub employees, prioritise workloads, mentor junior staff, and support recruitment for the immediate team.
• Develop testing and learning agendas, identify platform innovations, and improve paid social buying standards and efficiency.

Requirements

• Extensive experience setting up and optimising paid social campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snap, and TikTok.
• Experience planning large-scale paid social campaigns across brand and direct-response objectives.
• Experience producing detailed campaign reports, client presentations, QBRs, and annual reviews.
• Track record of working with clients and external stakeholders, including presenting to clients and leading calls.
• Experience line managing, training, and mentoring paid social specialists and managing team workloads.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom is required.
