Senior Fullstack Engineer (React/Node/TypeScript)

Location: Hybrid working with office attendance encouraged at the HQ in Leicestershire or the London, Holborn office; fully remote working is not available.

What you will do

• Drive product improvements through experimentation and A/B testing.
• Own a technical domain and contribute to greenfield projects and platform evolution.
• Design solutions and deliver mid-sized features and engineering improvements.
• Collaborate with Product in an agile squad structure focused on member growth, engagement, personalisation, and share of wallet.
• Establish and maintain a continuous delivery pipeline for reliable software delivery.
• Mentor junior engineers and share technical knowledge across the team.

Requirements

• Extensive experience with React, Node.js, and TypeScript.
• Experience with AWS services including Cognito, DynamoDB, Lambda, S3, EventBridge, AppSync, API Gateway, and SQS.
• Experience building and deploying serverless applications in AWS using the Serverless framework.
• Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience mentoring junior engineers and fostering collaborative learning.
• Resourceful, adaptable, proactive, and comfortable navigating complex and ambiguous situations.
