Backend .NET Team Lead (iGaming)

What you will do

• Analyze and tune system designs, identify performance bottlenecks, and manage technical debt.
• Decompose tasks, estimate development effort, conduct code and design reviews, and lead research and proof-of-concept work.
• Prototype new architectures and support migration while maintaining backward compatibility.
• Mentor and guide backend engineers, promoting technical excellence, continuous delivery, and ownership.
• Support existing functionality, deliver completed work for testing, and advise QA engineers during testing.

Requirements

• 5+ years of .NET web development experience and 2+ years as a Tech Lead, Team Lead, or Architect.
• Deep expertise in .NET 6+, ASP.NET Core, and C#.
• Strong knowledge of relational and non-relational databases, backend architecture, microservices, and event-driven systems.
• Experience with SSE, Long Polling, WebSockets, unit and integration testing, and GitLab CI or other CI/CD technologies.
• Experience troubleshooting production issues with Grafana, Tempo, Loki, Prometheus, and OpenTelemetry.
• Good written and spoken English required. Strong understanding of SOLID, separation of concerns, and testability.
