What you will do
- Support HR strategy and organizational effectiveness for the assigned area.
- Lead small projects and initiatives within the HR function.
- Use HR systems and processes to deliver operational results.
- Identify business-building opportunities within the HR scope.
- Build team capabilities and contribute to organizational culture.
- Execute HR projects and processes with quality and excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of experience.
- Prior experience in Human Resources or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple priorities.
- English speaking required; UAE nationality preferred.
Nice to have
- Arabic speaking ability.
