Indirect Procurement & Direct Procurement Specialist (Procurement/Supply Chain): Executing end-to-end sourcing, supplier evaluation, contract negotiations, and operational purchasing for direct and indirect materials with an accent on cost optimization, compliance, and supplier performance. Focus on managing purchasing-to-pay activities, Oracle master data, shipment expediting, and delivery continuity.
Location: Onsite in Anyang, Gyeonggi-do, Republic of Korea
Compensation: €550 per month on a full-time basis

What you will do
- Execute end-to-end sourcing for indirect materials and services, including MRO, IT hardware and software, office supplies, and facility services.
- Evaluate suppliers, manage RFx and competitive bidding processes, negotiate commercial terms, and support contract lifecycle management.
- Analyze spend, purchasing history, market trends, and supplier performance to identify cost-saving and sourcing opportunities.
- Execute purchasing-to-pay activities for direct and indirect materials in cooperation with Finance.
- Support supplier onboarding, Oracle master data and catalog management, and supplier database maintenance.
- Track orders and shipments, expedite urgent purchases, and monitor purchasing compliance and audit controls.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of hands-on experience in indirect procurement and direct procurement purchasing operations.
- Experience with sourcing execution, bidding processes, supplier evaluation, and commercial contract negotiation.
- Strong accountability, business-oriented problem-solving skills, and experience driving operational improvements.
- Ability to collaborate with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and external suppliers.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English; applicants must be enrolled at a Dutch university throughout the internship.
