Procurement Business Partner

Location: Hybrid role based in Seoul, South Korea, supporting hirify.global Korea office and manufacturing site

What you will do

• Support the development, communication, and implementation of global and regional procurement strategies for indirect materials and services.
• Lead stakeholder management across hirify.global divisions, business areas, and functions in Korea.
• Drive compliance with global and regional sourcing strategies to maximize savings.
• Coordinate procurement activities, procedures, and initiatives across regional and global organizations.
• Build effective feedback loops and act as a trusted procurement advisor to internal stakeholders.
• Meet country-level function cost and headcount targets while delivering planned cost reductions.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of procurement experience, preferably in business partnering or stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in Ariba and SAP, with an interest in using AI to improve efficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Business-level English and fluent Korean.
• Ability to participate in regional and global initiatives in addition to the Korea-based business partnering role.
