What you will do
- Coordinate end-to-end data gathering and information consolidation for strategic awards submissions.
- Prepare application documentation, slide decks, and supporting evidence.
- Collect, validate, and format ESG information according to Front Office requirements and predefined templates.
- Review ESG risk ratings and assess client eligibility for Sustainable Finance facilities.
- Create case studies and tombstones for Sustainable Finance pitches and client discussions.
- Maintain accurate, traceable, and consistent workflows across all deliverables.
Requirements
- Strong organizational and coordination skills for managing complex information flows across multiple stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and a structured approach to data validation and compliance with ESG and Sustainable Finance criteria.
- Analytical thinking for interpreting ESG risk ratings and assessing client eligibility.
- Ability to turn raw information into clear, concise, and visually engaging presentations and case studies.
- Collaborative mindset and proactive communication when working with deal teams, sector teams, and Front Office.
- Commitment to quality, accuracy, and timely delivery in a fast-moving environment.
