Senior Product Manager, AI Risk Strategy (Buy/Sell Crypto)

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end risk strategy for crypto buy/sell products, covering transaction risk, fraud prevention, review workflows, and decision engines.
• Design and optimize rule engines, policy engines, model orchestration, risk scoring, and review systems.
• Analyze large-scale transaction and risk data to identify fraud patterns, emerging attack vectors, and optimization opportunities.
• Define risk policies, model thresholds, confidence scores, human-in-the-loop mechanisms, and experimentation plans.
• Transform manual review into AI Agent-powered workflows through LLM-driven processes, prompt engineering, feedback loops, and model evaluation.
• Partner with Engineering and Risk Operations to deliver scalable systems, improve automation, and reduce manual review costs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in risk strategy, fraud detection, risk product management, trust and safety, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
• Experience designing transaction risk strategies, fraud detection systems, review platforms, rule engines, policy engines, risk scoring, or decision engines.
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills, with the ability to identify risk patterns and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience with machine learning or AI-based model policies, evaluation metrics, LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI Agent workflows.
• Fluent English and Mandarin required for cross-functional collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience in cryptocurrency, fintech, payments, banking, or internet risk control.
• Knowledge of RAG, agent orchestration, tool calling, model evaluation, A/B testing, or strategy experimentation.
• Knowledge of AML, KYC, payment fraud, account takeover, scam prevention, or identity risk.
• Experience with AI coding assistants or automation tools.
