What you will do

  • Define and own the enterprise API product vision and roadmap across digital assets, stablecoin enablement, Open Banking, commercial banking, treasury management, and partner integrations.
  • Translate business and enterprise strategy into sequenced, outcome-oriented roadmaps and portfolio-level priorities.
  • Own the API platform product model, ensuring services are reusable, scalable, secure, and compliant by design.
  • Improve developer experience through API documentation, onboarding patterns, developer portals, catalogs, and sandbox requirements.
  • Establish API governance, standards, prioritization practices, and delivery consistency across teams.
  • Partner with engineering, architecture, risk, technology, and senior stakeholders while guiding and coaching other Product Owners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years of business, analytical, technical, or product experience; alternatively, 14 years of combined higher education and work experience including at least 10 years of relevant experience.
  • At least 7 years of Product Ownership or Product Management experience for platform or enterprise capabilities.
  • Experience owning and delivering bank APIs, including external-facing REST APIs, OpenAPI/Swagger contract design, versioning, backward compatibility, security, and customer consent requirements.
  • Experience translating multi-stakeholder strategy into executable roadmaps and operating in regulated environments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders without formal authority in matrixed organizations.
  • Ability to prioritize customer and business outcomes over technical implementation details.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Open Banking and consent-driven data sharing, including Dodd-Frank 1033.
  • Experience with enterprise developer portals, API catalogs, and documentation standards.
  • Background in B2B, commercial banking, embedded banking, or partner platforms.
  • Familiarity with digital assets or emerging payments technologies.

Culture & Benefits

  • Work across multiple product, engineering, architecture, risk, and technology teams.
  • Operate within enterprise risk appetite, internal controls, audit expectations, and digital operational standards.
  • Use metrics and feedback loops to focus on outcomes rather than outputs.
  • Market-informed compensation with a stated annual salary range of $148,300–$247,100 USD.
