Fullstack Engineering Lead (PHP/Laravel, Next.js)

What you will do

• Lead development of the in-house affiliate and partner platform, including onboarding, dashboards, payout visibility, commission statements, and campaign management.
• Build partner-facing experiences with PHP/Laravel and Next.js, focusing on usability, performance, and reliability.
• Architect attribution infrastructure covering conversion processing, postbacks, deep links, and server-side tracking.
• Develop fraud detection systems for suspicious activity, tracking abuse, duplicate conversions, and payout manipulation.
• Lead commission, payout, reconciliation, and approval systems supporting CPA, revenue share, hybrid, and multi-tier models.
• Own squad planning and technical direction, mentor engineers, and collaborate with Partnerships, Finance, Product, and Operations.

Requirements

• 6+ years of software engineering experience, including leadership or squad ownership.
• Strong hands-on expertise with PHP/Laravel, Next.js or React, and scalable backend architecture.
• Experience building affiliate platforms, attribution systems, referral engines, martech infrastructure, or partner ecosystems.
• Deep understanding of attribution tracking, conversion pipelines, commission logic, fraud prevention, and payout workflows.
• Strong database architecture and optimization skills with MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Mandatory experience with AI-native engineering workflows and modern AI coding agents.
