Production Planner I (Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite in Fort Worth, Texas, Monday–Friday. Work is performed primarily in an office at a manufacturing facility, with occasional presence on the manufacturing floor and required personal protective equipment. Travel is less than 10%.

What you will do

• Develop time-phased production build schedules based on forecasts, incoming demand, and work scopes.
• Manage daily capacity planning for standard-complexity manufacturing work centers.
• Schedule sales orders, align production jobs, manage current and past-due orders, and determine manufacturing lead times.
• Maintain accurate planning and inventory data in the ERP system.
• Support the S&OP process, production performance analysis, continuous improvement initiatives, and new product development tasks.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Operations, Customer Service, Sales, and production teams to prioritize work and support on-time delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• At least one year of experience in supply chain, manufacturing, production planning, or supply chain planning, including relevant software applications.
• Strong problem-solving, project management, time management, communication, and meeting facilitation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across functions, learn quickly, stay organized, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Must work onsite at the Fort Worth, Texas facility and establish employment eligibility.
• Satisfactory completion of background checks and required pre-employment testing.

• Bachelor’s degree focused on supply chain management, engineering, or business.
