IT Support Technician

Location: Tuusula, Finland. A valid work permit for Finland and a clean background are required. Willingness to work in a three-shift system supporting 24/7 services is required.

Salary: €3,086/month under the Tipal TES Collective Agreement for Hardware and Software Maintenance. Annual compensation including shift bonuses is approximately €45,000–€50,000.

What you will do

• Provide technical support for dedicated root server customers worldwide.
• Analyze and resolve faults and incident situations.
• Build and maintain IT infrastructure in modern data centers.
• Help maintain critical infrastructure and high availability for a global customer base.

Requirements

• Strong Linux skills and command-line proficiency.
• Understanding of computer components and their functionality.
• Knowledge of fiber-optic cabling.
• Analytical mindset and structured approach to work.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills, with the ability to perform under pressure.
• Fluent English and willingness to work in a three-shift system are required.
