System Engineer (Fintech)

What you will do

• Oversee and maintain multiple on-premises and cloud data centers, virtualization platforms, Windows and Linux servers, MSSQL servers, and NAS storage.
• Monitor hardware and system software, configure alerting tools, and troubleshoot incidents to minimize downtime.
• Implement security practices, maintain data security solutions, and support PCI and ISO compliance audits.
• Configure backup solutions and disaster recovery plans to protect data integrity.
• Manage access infrastructure, user accounts, access rights, IT assets, and infrastructure documentation.
• Lead IT infrastructure projects with internal and outsourced teams and coordinate with other departments and global partners.

Requirements

• Experience maintaining on-premises and cloud data centers and optimizing virtualization platforms.
• Experience administering Windows and Linux servers, MSSQL servers, and NAS storage.
• Knowledge of monitoring, alerting, backup, and disaster recovery solutions.
• Understanding of infrastructure security and compliance with PCI and ISO standards.
• Experience managing user access, IT assets, office infrastructure, and workplace IT solutions.
• Ability to coordinate infrastructure projects with internal and outsourced teams.
