What you will do
- Design and conduct statistical modeling and analysis based on business problems.
- Lead experimentation and A/B testing to evaluate hypotheses and support decision-making.
- Analyze complex raw datasets, perform deep-dive analytics, and identify opportunities for impact.
- Define KPIs, reporting workflows, dashboards, and data visualizations.
- Translate analytical findings into intuitive insights through Tableau, Power BI, or custom web applications.
- Partner with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to frame problems, gather requirements, and deliver end-to-end analytical solutions.
Requirements
- Advanced or fluent English.
- Proven industry experience developing predictive or inferential statistical models, or a Master’s/PhD in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Science.
- At least 4 years of experience in data science, data engineering, or analytical roles.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python, covering the pipeline from data ingestion to insight.
- Hands-on experience with data analysis, experimentation, A/B testing, and data visualization tools.
- Ability to work autonomously, manage analyses end-to-end, and communicate recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience with Generative AI, LangChain, or LangGraph.
- Experience with AI-powered dashboarding or Metabase.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and consulting.
