Senior Software Engineer (.NET/Azure)

Location: Central London, with office attendance 2 days per month; UK-based applicants with the right to work in the UK only

Salary: £60,000–£80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits

What you will do

• Design, develop, maintain, and enhance business-critical applications and platforms.
• Build integrations between business systems and Azure cloud services.
• Develop solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Contribute to architecture decisions, technical standards, and modern engineering practices.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and high-quality unit and integration testing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams while mentoring junior developers.

Requirements

• C# and .NET Core, including .NET 8.
• Microsoft Azure, including Azure App Services, Functions, and Azure SQL.
• Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Building and consuming RESTful APIs and using Entity Framework Core.
• CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, unit testing, integration testing, and Agile methodologies.
• Current right to work in the UK is required; applications from outside the UK cannot be considered.

Nice to have

• Power Platform governance and administration experience.
• Azure DevOps and Microsoft 365 integration experience.
• Exposure to cloud architecture and modern software design principles.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications.
