Technical Solutions Specialist, Geologist (Geoscience Software)

Location: United Arab Emirates; hybrid role with travel within the region.

What you will do

• Provide expert product knowledge, technical support, training, and mentoring to mining-sector users of hirify.global’s geoscience solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations, understand client workflows, set up trials, and create implementation plans with Account Managers and Inside Sales.
• Develop tailored solutions for complex geological and mining challenges through remote technical guidance.
• Perform customer health checks, promote software releases, and embed new features and best practices into client workflows.
• Maintain accurate CRM records covering customer interactions, upgrades, health checks, and training activities.
• Collaborate with regional and global technical leads and software development teams while managing priorities autonomously.

Requirements

• Geoscience Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Geology.
• 5+ years of experience in mine geology, exploration, resource estimation, or a related industry.
• Highly technical and professional oral and written communication in English and Arabic.
• Experience with geological modelling workflows for different commodities.
• Strong skills in 3D geological modelling software and the ability to apply software solutions to real-world mining challenges.
• Strong prioritisation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with long-term mineral resource estimation and short-term grade control workflows.
• Exploration or grade-control database management experience.
• Experience with Leapfrog, Edge, Central, MX Deposit, or Imago.
• Experience in software sales or technical support for commercial software projects, including product testing and customer-focused solution development.
