Credit Analysis Manager (Commercial Banking)

Location: Onsite in Omaha, United States, at FN Tower. Travel to the Kansas City market is required approximately 20% of the time.

Salary: $83,355–$141,704 base pay annually.

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop Credit Analysts across different experience levels.
• Oversee credit analysis and underwriting for commercial, agricultural, and commercial real estate transactions.
• Review loan approval packages and credit analysis for accuracy, quality, consistency, and timeliness.
• Manage team workflow, performance expectations, coaching, and professional development.
• Develop and implement departmental goals, standards, procedures, and credit process improvements.
• Partner with Credit Risk Administration, Business Lending, and other divisions while ensuring compliance with bank policies, regulations, and the BSA/AML Program.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Demonstrated leadership or management experience.
• At least 5 years of commercial and/or consumer credit analysis experience with increasing responsibility.
• Prior experience in community or regional banking.
• Knowledge of commercial lending concepts, documentation, industry regulations, financial accounting, and credit analysis.
• Unrestricted United States work authorization is required; future sponsorship is not available.

• MBA.
• Familiarity with loan origination and credit spreading platforms.
• Experience working across business lines to support lending goals.
